A systems approach
I fully understand the importance of working effectively with multiple stakeholders within complex environments. And in my work as an executive coach, this systems approach is key in ensuring that an individual’s development and performance goals are well-aligned with organizational strategy.
I am comfortable utilizing existing development plans, assessment results, and other data for a client’s engagement, and can also arrange multi-stakeholder interviews to fully understand the broader organizational context. The process I employ is derived from Columbia University’s Coaching Certification Program, a flexible method that takes into account the unpredictability of business life.
